Leamington has got itself yet another new foodie haunt, with Korean-inspired Grounded Kitchen opening its doors on Warwick Street.
Grounded offers made-to-order Nourish Bowls that are apparently packed with flavour thanks to their Korean inspiration but also nutritious and healthy in line with the brand’s mantra of: ‘Feel Good Food’.
The bowls consist of fresh vegetables, such as spinach, carrots, beetroot, peppers, avocado, edamame, sweet potato, spring onions, Korean Kimchi and fresh chillies, on a bed of brown or white rice infused with a range of intense and authentic marinades.
You can choose from aromatic Bulgogi or spicy Buldak Fire and you can tailor your bowl with everything from vegetarian and vegan options like spiced mushrooms, potato, tofu or tempeh, or sizzling king prawns, angus beef, wild salmon or chicken for meat and fish fans.
Alongside the Nourish Bowls, you can choose from filling SsamBaps and Korean Bao, as well as a range of ‘Quenchers’, all topped with desiccated coconut, granola, almonds, strawberries, and blueberries.
Grounded’s home in Leamington can seat 22 diners and they’re offering a takeaway and delivery service too. Leamington is their eighth store opening and to celebrate their first month in the town they’re offering 20% off your first order online at groundedkitchen.com with code RLS20.
Ralph Llanwarne, Grounded Kitchen’s franchise director, said: “We’re very excited about opening our first store in Leamington Spa. We pride ourselves on delivering meals so tasty that people forget that our basic focus is on a healthy balance, and we are delighted that the local community will now be able to experience our Korean Nourish Bowls at Grounded Kitchen for themselves.”
