A brand new pop-up dining concept from the same people who own recently-refurbished pub The House in Leamington Spa is already proving a hit with guests.
The House, on the Parade, was taken over by independent hospitality operators Freespirit pubs in February 2023.
Freespirit Pubs has now announced a new pop-up dining concept, Number 75, located directly next door to The House and within the same venue.
Number 75
With separate access from Bedford Street, Number 75 showcases the best, local, seasonal produce from artisan suppliers and growers on its à la carte menu throughout the week, as well as sandwiches for lunchtime diners (Wednesday – Saturday only), a daily specials board and Sunday lunch.
There’s a selection of old and new world wines on offer, with many available by the glass, while simple interiors offer clean lines and a cosy feel for a more sophisticated dining experience.
The House
Before it re-opened, The House underwent a full refurbishment of its ground floor bar and adjoining dining rooms and is now finished in elegant dark greens with curved leather chesterfield banquettes and vintage, industrial style furnishings and reclaimed timber floors.
On the first floor, ample standing and dancing space and a stage for live music performances, and on the second floor, The Loft for private hire.
The modern bar and restaurant has a highly skilled kitchen brigade headed up by Karolina Rosa, who also oversees the menus for Number 75. Passionate about creating and serving stunning seasonal menus of creative and beautifully presented dishes inspired by global food trends, Karolina also works closely with the best local artisan suppliers.
The House menus includes small plates with meat, fish and vegetarian option. Lunch and dinner are served daily and a bottomless brunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays.
Behind the bar, a substantial list of cocktails is created by The House mixologists, plus mocktails, craft beers and a great wine list. The House also offers entertainment weekly with regular live music, DJ and open mic nights and a changing comedy line-up every Tuesday evening.
