Ever wanted to learn to bake bread? This session with Bread for Life will give you an introduction to pretzels, bagels, focaccia, naan, doughnuts and Chelsea Buns. Using locally milled flours from Charlecote Mill, you’ll learn all the skills you need to make great bread at home.
The session includes refreshments and a buffet lunch, and all ingredients, equipment and recipes will be provided. You can also take your own containers and cool bag to take what you make home, to limit waste. Find more info here.
