A little snapshot of Greek foodie adventures during our recent trip to Corfu – from souvlaki to Stifado, taramasalata to tirokafteri, and plenty of fish in between.
I love Greek food – the fresh fish you can have simply grilled, or in wonderful traditional sauces; the clay pot meals like Stifado or Kleftiko; and the simple grilled meats like kebabs and lamb chops. Not to mention all the classic dips and salad and my new discovery – the Pitta gyros, or kebab!
