Sourdough Breadmaking with Paul Raddan
Sourdough is slow-fermented bread that does not require commercial yeast in order to rise as it uses ‘wild’ yeasts.
We will make a wheat sourdough and a flavoursome dark rye and spelt bread. Learn all the techniques to produce your own sourdough loaves at home.
Attendees will go home with a pot of mature sourdough starter, a loaf of wheat and a loaf of dark rye spelt bread. There will be time during the day for lots of discussion and questions.
