It’s Manor Farm’s first ‘eat in’ pie night for a while. On the menu is Steak & Ale Pie made with their own rare breed British White Beef, or Lamb and Mint Pie made with rare breed Leicester Longwool Lamb, and for vegetarians there’s a cheesy leek, potato and courgette pie. Puddings are syrup sponge, bread & butter pudding or chocolate cheesecake.

One of Gallachers very popular events, at this night you’ll enjoy an evening tasting fabulous cheese from Cheese On The Green and wines from Gallachers – paired together for your enjoyment and designed to show you it’s not just a case of teaming port with cheese.

After a brilliant response to their first Secret Garden takeover, Square Coffee in Dunchurch are welcoming Jammin BBQ for a weekend of fresh sourdough pizzas, cocktails, desserts and coffee.

Yes, you did read this right. Wine. And Chocolate. All at the same time. Gallachers have teamed up with Sweet Retreat Rugby to pair chocolate with wine for an evening of loveliness.
You’ll get a glass of bubbles on arrival then taste four wines with truffles that complement them – a selection of milk and dark chocs with red and white wins from around the world. Gallachers are holding an open tasting afternoon to welcome Newbold Spirit. The Leamington-based company makes premium gins and rums with a combination of hand-sourced ingredients. From 1pm – 3pm you’ll get a chance to meet them and have a taste of some of their rums or gin.

This is one I’m gutted to be missing out on, and if you’re free you should go. Square is a lovely little place in Dunchurch with a fab secret garden and Flying Cows Burgers are pretty bloody good. There are still a few tables left, I think….
