There are new eating options on the horizon for food fans in Rugby and Binley Woods thanks to new new openings.
Binley Woos has got itself a brand new Indian takeaway, which opened its doors on 23rd May. Janaki Coventry is the second business for partners Tarun Choudhary and Gurpreet Singh Sudan, who also run esteemed fine dining restaurant Janaki in Dickens Heath, Solihull.
The takeaway offers all the classics as well as chef specials include Shahi Dawat, a dish featuring slow-cooked tender lamb, chicken, and prawns in a thick, rich sauce. The grand opening was officiated by Paul Salisbury, chair of Binley Woods Parish Council, who became Janaki’s first customer, ordering a chicken biryani and naan for his dinner.

Business owner Tarun said: “We have been looking for a venue in Coventry for a long time. Having spent a lot of time in Binley Woods, I knew there was a market for a new takeaway as there is nothing similar in the local area. We are thrilled to finally be open.”
Located on the main shopping parade on Woodlands Road in Binley Woods, Janaki Coventry offers free delivery within a 3.5-mile radius. The takeaway is open seven days a week, from 4 PM to 10 PM check out the menu here.
