Host Dining’s pop-up restaurant returns to the Belgrade Theatre’s Nineteen 58 restaurant and bar in the latest in a series from Sarah Jenkins.
Sarah is the founder and Head Chef of Host dining – a private catering company that focuses on high quality tasting menus, small plates and a variety of prestigious dining events. Sarah has worked in the culinary business for over 20 years and has experience from the ground up.
Sarah is Head Cheef at Gonzo in Earlsdon but also stages regular pop-ups at the Belgrade.
In the latest, she is joined by guest Chef Justyna Nowogrodzka, Justyna trained her way up in many kitchens around England, blending French culinary finesse with the bold flavours of Europe and Asia. She trained in Classic French gastronomy and her passion lies in creating dishes which celebrate the seasons while infusing flavours with a mix of influences.
The Belgrade pop-up is £60 per person, with an optional drinks package £25 per person. The Drinks Package consists of a glass of Prosecco, a glass of white wine and a glass of red wine. Book tickets here.
