Game Night at The White Swan, Shawell
On the first Thursday of every other month the White Swan has a wine tasting evening hosted by Lindsay Poole, their specialist wine supplier from Wine Poole. Game Night features a menu of game bun, pressing of rabbit, roast mallard, and port-poached pear, with all the trimmings and paired wines.
