Sushi Making at The Farm, Stratford
This sushi-making course with Sachiko Saeki will teach you how to make sushi from scratch at home – right from cooking the rice through to how to roll your own sushi. You’ll learn how to shape the rice with your hands, how to use a knife for sushi and fish, and also how to make traditional miso soup.
You’ll get refreshments through the day and all ingredients, equipment and recipes will be provided. You can also take your own containers to take your food home. Get tickets here.
