Join Martin Crombie, resident butcher at The Farm, to learn about the preparation of prime cuts, using trim to make sausage and burgers, and the best cuts to cook at home.

Venison workshop with Mike Robinson at The Farm, Stratford

This practical one-day course with prominent game chef Mike Robinson will take a deer harvested several days before and take you through skinning, butchering and how to use various cuts. Mike will then demonstrate some cooking techniques with the opportunity to try dishes along the way.
