Surf & Turf Masterclass at The White Swan, Shawell
The White Swan at Shawell is having another of its masterclasses – this time the theme’s Surf & Turf! Five couples will have the chance to learn everything from how to break down a whole lobster, then trying it with the tail yourself, as well as preparing a 6oz beef fillet steak with lobster salad, truffle & parmesan fries. Once you’ve done the hard work, you’ll sit down and enjoy your dishes as well as a complimentary dessert. You’ll also get a souvenir recipe booklet to take home.
